Ice skating is one of the biggest perks of winter (in my opinion). We live on a lake and I can count the number of times I’ve gone ice skating in the past few years on one hand. I’m a little disappointed in myself … Ice skating is always so much fun! I tend to forget when it’s ten degrees outside. On this particular day it was 45. It felt almost warm after the stretch of cold days we previously had. It was perfect. 

We strung up some outdoor lights to make our “skating rink” even more magical. I bundled up in our latest sweater from Kiel James Patrick. It’s a limited edition Toasty Coasty heart sweater and we only made one hundred of them. The sweater was just released tonight and it’s already selling out fast. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day. The sizing is true to size.

    My husband took me ice skating for the first time when we started dating. Spent many a day skating on ponds. It’s much better than the rink, in my opinion!
