Stroller: Stokke c/o (I’m obsessed with this stroller! It is the most beautiful one I have seen. My picture does not do it justice. It also comes with a number of matching accessories and is so easy to maneuver.)

Sharing pictures from our first week home with Harris. It’s been a week for the books. We are cherishing every moment. I’ve spent most of my week indoors recovering but we did manage to go out for our for a quick walk and a trip to the pediatrician. I’m just content to snuggle with him as I know this time will fly by. I can’t believe he has already been in our life for ten days. 

I’m taking the rest of the year off from my duties at Kiel James Patrick. I worked a lot in the days leading up to Harris’s birth to make this time possible. It will be my first time away from our office during the busiest time of year and I feel very relieved to know we have a good team that we can count on. I do have a number of blog posts left to share this year and of course more photos of Harris.

    I have a little Harry as well — actually, he's 21 now and giant. You are smart to cherish the time because it does fly by, but they are just as cute and cuddly when they are over 6 feet tall, only in a different way. Congratulations!

    I shop a lot at KJP and have to tell you that the Cozy Flannel Dresses are my favorite dresses I have ever purchased and I buy a ton of dresses. I purchased 3 of them! You did an amazing job designing them and the attention to detail is unmatched. I agree you are in great hands while you are away from the office, as your team is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

    My 8 year daughter is so inspired by how you started your company that she is learning to sew, so that one day maybe she can work for KJP. Enjoy the holidays!

Let ur body heal without stress and allow Baby bird 2 thrive in a peaceful environment. Right now it's all about BONDING. Play classical music, drink cucumber water 2 hydrate, light candles, bundle up with ur family, and keep negative people away while u all adjust.
