Valentine’s Day is less than two weeks away. In honor of the romantic holiday I have teamed up with Garrison Chocolates, a specialty chocolate company owned and created by RI based pastry chef and chocolatier Andrew Shotts, to give away a 24 piece holiday edition box of Garrison Chocolates and a Kiel James Patrick Jackie Valentine pearl necklace.
