I don't know about Sarah, but a LOT of girls lose weight before they get married due to stress! I had my dress custom made and the seamstress who did it said she had had many more experiences where she had to put brides on a 2-milkshake-a-day-diet in the month before their wedding because their dresses no longer fit that experiences where brides put on weight before the wedding. I wouldn't worry about Sarah, I'm sure she's just a happy busy bride!
