Classic, luxurious, modern; The New York Palace
seamlessly combines contemporary and Gilded Age decor. It was my first
time staying at the hotel and I was in awe over the intricate
craftsmanship and detail found in the Villard Restaurant (you
might recognize it from Gossip Girl), Library, and Villard Ballroom. On
my last night in the city I dressed up for a night on the town. This
panther dress from Anthropologie
is one of my favorite dresses this season. With the faux fur jacket I
completed my glitzy cat lady look (If you follow me on social media you
know I’m obsessed with cats). The jacket was an impulse buy but it made
me feel a tiny bit glamorous wearing it, and more importantly it’s the
warmest, coziest jacket I have ever worn.
