Husband and I were at Castle Hill on Sunday to watch America's Cup! What a small world. (You look fab, of course.)

Gosh those pics make this expat long for a proper east coast summer. Here in Scotland, to sit out like that in the summer would require either a gallon of bug repellent, or a set of waterproof sailing oilskins. Probably both. Those photos are stunning.

Great pics, great tradition. Stood on that same sloping lawn with my late father drinking cocktails during the 1983 America's Cup. (There was a light wind day so the race did not count. My Dad predicted that perfectly so we did not go out with the fleet.) The water is incredibly deep just a few yards offshore so the whole 'parade' came incredibly close to the shore. You could wave to the crews (as they returned after a wasted effort) and they were close enough to see you and wave back. The purse in the ad fits perfectly with the entire East Coast sailing genre. Well done.
